Dumgar the Siberian Husky turned his nose into the wind as the snowmobile leapt into life sending us jolting across the frozen tundra. I had long since dispensed with fleece and thermal underwear, opting for some generous layers of reindeer fur, generously supplied
by Sasha, my Koryak guide.
